    That’s why they got horrible fuel economy. Never had a problem with the TH400 in my 72 Caddy but sweet Jesus that could drink a tank a gas

    That, and the fact they weighed about 6,000-7,000 pounds, weren't the most aerodynamic vehicles on the road, and the A/C compressor was always on in 1976-newer models due to the design of the automatic climate control system...
