Be safe man! See you in six!

    Wth is going on here

    Rob buddy, what's up?

I do; I could easily eat it for every meal.

Great Lakes seafood is delicious. There was a place in Ohio of Lake Erie that was delicious. I'm trying to remember the name.

Go to school full time. Trade, Associate's, Bachelor's. Doesn't matter. Get some formal training and/or education and make your life a hell of a lot easier and lucrative in the long run.

Elon Musk is an example of a intelligent and savvy but petulant child in a man's body, and one who was never taught the value of boundaries.

I’m graduating HS with an associates degree already so I wouldn’t mind working and studying at the same time to finish a bachelors degree

Sushi grade fish is expensive regardless of location. It’s basically the same price in Hawaii as it is here in California too. It ain’t cheap. Although, poke in Hawaii is really the only real poke. Every mainland “poke” place is a lie. They fill the bowls with all sorts of other shit to cover up the fact you get 3 itty bitty scoops of fish. You get a poke bowl in Hawaii, you get rice and you get ahi with your choice of sauce. That’s it. No other fillers in it. That’s probably the one thing I miss the most about living there.

I think some places do a fusion style version. I personally prefer Sashimi over Sushi.

There's a place near me that serves a good Poke called Uncle's Hawaiian Grindz.

    upload_2020-5-11_16-50-17.jpg

The owner was born and raised on Oahu. I use to live there but that was long before sushi or poke was popular. However, we had our fair share of luaus and I have had poi.

Hawaii is great. I’d recommend going to Kauai. It has the least amount of “city” to it. All the islands are great and you can find stuff away from the more crowded areas, but Kauai is really the best for a relaxing vacation imo.

That’s a poke bowl filled with LIES! I’m sure it’s still good, but nothing will ever compare to a real poke bowl from Hawaii. Shit, even foodland or Vons poke bowls out there are better than ANY I’ve had on the mainland. My girlfriend had her first poke bowl when we went to Hawaii a year and a half ago. Took her to a place back in California and she goes “wtf is this? This sucks”

Oh man this reminds me of a Mr. Horse skit from Ren & Stimpy. Cannot find it though.

Until the statue of limitations passes, anyways.
