If I didn't need one for the elements I'd be in a BRZ probably. Or in a few more years, the new Supra o_O

With snow tires it would be fine in the snow. Along with prudent driving obviously. Is Noor going to plow through 18" of fresh snow. But it'll be fine. I drove a 2wd Toyota pickup for years in the winter with snow tires and went all over without issue. The brz is balance better and has an lsd.

Oh, yeah the car would be fine, I had a (FWD) Mazda 3 for years in Rhode Island in the snow here, decent tires and had no problems whatsoever. I would just need to justify a second vehicle, and at that, one that isn't super fuel efficient to pair with my non-efficient tacoma. Telling my wife I can get the BRZ for the sweet, sweet 24mpg might not go over well :D :D

Sweet deal. I’m basically taking mine apart enough to fit a crate behind the seat. My girl really likes mud and beaches. I gotta contain that. Debating about one that can be strapped into the bed, there are times she should be back there but not sure if she’ll like it and it’s like a 500 dollar difference to get one that can be strapped into the bed “just in case”

One the biggest reasons I build it is because my pups love to get dirty lol. I can wash clean that off instead of the back seat area.

We have this in my wife's Tucson and work great to keep her back seat clean. Maybe on of those with a platform might make it even better.

I should get one of those for my kids! It's amazing the shit I find when I take their car seats out to vacuum the seats.

Hahaha you should! Im sure it will save your seats from all the crayons McDonald's fries, and cheetos! You can still get the seatbelts in through the velcro "slots".

Right now, I use large towels under each seat. It does OK, keeps their shoes off the front of the seats. They're easy because I can just swap them out every couple months and throw the old ones in the wash machine.

This cover keeps liquids off the seat too. Just make sure the velcro slots are raised a bit so a spilled drink wont go through those to the seat.

Trying to get my riding lawnmower going, one of the plug wires is bare (something nested in there) and am trying to find replacements. I am also thinking that I may replace the ?coils? if that is what they are called. Its a John Deere LA 135 Special Edition.

    Any ideas?

Most parts stores carry (or at least they used to carry) a generic wire kit. Some even have/had rolls of spark plug lead out back, same as lengths of radiator and fuel hose. Just cut to the length you need, slip the boots on, crimp the connectors in place, and slide the boots down to cover them.

Anyone recommend a decent shop in Providence area for an alignment + potential services depending what is making my wheel squeak? I think there's a rock in there somewhere. I still don't have the tools to get my truck in the air to tear it apart myself :( I have a shop I trust but they don't do alignments so I'd like to just do an all-in-one this time around if possible.

Basic concept would be the same for L&G leads. Just make sure you put the boots on first, not the way this guy does it.

    Damn, that's ugly.

I'd probably just replace the whole thing, coil and lead.

The whole kit would probably only run you like $30-40.

Easy solution is to just replace the ignition coil (magneto/armature). Part MIA12788 for that mower.
