That’s it! If you can get a USPS Regional Box A, they fit good in there and are about $11 to ship

    Awesome. Thank you.
Hopefully that's the last of my dumb questions that can be answered using search.
Thanks for the shipping method info. I found USPS to be the best, thanks for the info on the packaging.

Yep, the PCM SHOULD fit in a nice flat rate box and be there within two days.

Boost, armor, lights, big tires, no savings.
I have the twisted steel headers. Myself and several others with boost have all had the cats fail at lower miles, <20k. AFe sent a complete replacement kit for free. Been sitting on the shelf for a while now as I am hesitant to go through all that again. Tried to verify if they had made any changes to the cats. All I could find is that they are sourced from Magnaflow. Also have considered having a pipe welded internally on the failed set. Not something I could do well. If time allows I could make a jig, cut out cat section and straight pipe it from there. I don't need cats in MN, but don't want the stink. Plus dog rides under the topper at times.

i've got the URD pulley about half on and it looks like the threads in the install bolt are stripped. i can't get the black threaded piece in. do i need to get a tap and die to fix the threads on the install bolt? thanks in advance.

Tap and die could work. They are known to strip.when using it make sure it is not backing out and it's biting as many threads as possible

it stripped pretty easily so i'm not surprised to hear this is an issue. unfortunately i don't have tap and die. may need to bike it to HF.

Cant think how much vacuum could be alleviated with an appropriate sized sc inlet.

    Super interested in your build!

Make sure on next attempt to keep install tool tightened against the sc shaft.
I broke my first stud doing this vs stripping the stud.
