Unfortunately I can't find the documentation about which were the wrong ones as we scrapped the idea of 2nd gen kits. As you can tell, it got complex...especially because there were 1/2 year model changes with respects to controls and wiring...I wish I could help...I couldn't tell ya based on recollection as it's been over a year. Sorry & good luck!

Pretty sure you can remove or slide that blue cover, should slide right out.

I’m tugging the slack wire as best as possible even cut my knuckle up again. Best pic I can obtain. Is the back portion of That clip what I have to engage in some way. FDAFFCF7-4753-48AE-9170-790D8EE8DF5F.jpg

Remove the blue plastic, it’ll give you little more access to that plug.

I wish I knew how. I see lots of little clips going around it. I guess I’m worried to break even more things lol. Gonna attempt the long flat head pressure trick now. I can truly say this is technically plug and play but it is definitely not easy on this final damn plug!! Thank u guys so much for your quick help and support. I felt like a boss getting to the very last step and now I feel like a failure

You can all try pushing on the clip (Red Arrow) and inserting another flat head screwdriver and twisting (Yellow Arrow)

Ok what plugs into this smart module? I don’t see any instructions as to what plugs go into the module portion ? Pics showing what I have plugged. I tried plugging everything they had somewhere. Nothing I can see to go into the red or other black plug ins on one small end in my final pic. Thanks. I’m tryin guys. I really am.

I’m pretty sure it’s color matched for the ports for the most part. I believe I had two slots left empty and one was for the smart phone module I didn’t add on, and the other for something else. I can check mine tomorrow possibly and let you know for sure. I don’t remember taking any pictures of it. The instructions weren’t precise and that was my only gripe about this thing/company.

That mother is stuck i swear I got it to give a little bit and it just won’t budge out the last little bit. I don’t wanna tank a wire from a pin U can pull the fuse too tho right ? The instructions or better yet (lack of instructions) Just a tad more effort would have been great

Just got her installed bud. Thanks for all the advice guys. Y’all are the best. @E-Paz 732NJ did u zip tie everything up? It seemed kinda tough to really bundle things too tight so I just did like one and hope things just settle in naturally behind panels. Did u buy the car link smart phone/Apple Watch module? Thinking I may go ahead and do that. Wondering if it only works on certain model Apple watched bc mine is older. Does anyone know ? Thanks !

@Regnar and @E-Paz 732NJ when you use the remote start do your lights stay on until you takeover the truck with your key? I noticed that my headlights are on until i take over with my key in the ignition and the little chime makes the noise for termination. I’m wondering if I lock and unlock the door from afar if it’ll keep the headlights on thus potentially burning battery power

Hi y’all, I read back in this post but maybe I missed it, please forgive me if I’m repeating questions/info. I’m having trouble getting my phone app to connect to the truck. The app shows the car signal and battery green, but none of the options work. And when I click on one of the options, it looses connectivity to he truck. I previously could ONLY get the lock/unlock to work with the app. The remote clicker wouldn’t work. But I got that fixed. Any advice on getting the app to connect better?
