Damn MS is making for difficult day for me today not only is it hard to walk the tremors are really bad on my l/side . I'm left handed and of course my tremors are on that side of my body !!!!

Just got done paying some bills and my signature and writing on the checks looks like a pre schooler wrote them . Also going to the store and using credit card machines I can't press the correct buttons without double tapping . Even typing this post is very difficult for me today

Feeling very bummed out today and self conscious

When were you diagnosed? They do a spinal tap and lots of MRI's? Thought you hadn't seen the neurologist for an official diagnosis. Just curious.....

 

Hi Andy. She seems to be holding her own. Doc said she's got a torn cruciate ligament in her knee and she favors the leg, but still wants to walk and she's been wanting to spend more time in the yard. I'm happy!!

How's Junior doing? Any more seizures? What's the status on your life long remodel?

 

Whe I talked with my Neurologist last month on the phone over the initial test in March he told me that I'm definitely showing signs of MS according to the nerve conduction studies

The Neurologist wants me in his clinic next month to do more testing to determine which of the four different courses of this disease is attacking my nervous system

 

I've been summoned for jury duty... So how's that supposed to work nowadays ?
I think I'll ignore it like I have all the rest of them..

My mom moved from Mexico to San Diego, CA in the early 1950's and married a marine from Alabama and she had six kids with him.
I'm the product of my moms second marriage so I'm full blooded Mexican. Funny thing is you just described one of my older brothers to a T.
He was raised in So Cal and raised on rice and beans (like we all were) but now he's a truck driver and he has a Confederate flag hanging in his garage.
We call him the Mexican Redneck but he's actually 99% Redneck in his appearance and political views... So in other words I should just impersonate my brother

thats cool. a youngin i work with is from southern mexico. great guy. he brings me authentic mexican food to work sometimes. this weekend he brought me pork tacos with onion and peca degalo and a lime to squeeze on them. AWSOME.
