I've spent the past five months building out this 2020 TRD 4x4. It is never finished of course, but it is to the point I can take it out and enjoy it.

Here is the complete build thread with photos and details:

Why the name and graphics? I'm writing a book, "Fifty Classic Adventures for the Active Family" (http://www.fiftyclassics.com/) and I'm having some fun with pre-marketing it as I go out on research and photography missions for the book.

Thank goodness for this site! I really have no idea what I'm doing and used this resource many times while doing the build.

Wow, top notch build! Just read the details and signed up to follow the blog. Looking forward to following you through the adventure.

How do you like that RLD cap? It looks way more functional than a lot of the Leer and ARE caps out there. I’ve been on the hunt for a cap myself but haven’t pulled the trigger because I can’t seem to find the balance of practicality and aesthetics that I’m looking for. This one might check both those boxes.

Does the back roof rack sit flush with the victory rack up front?

    And welcome to TW!

    Thanks for the comments!

doublethebass: If "by flush" you mean the same height, yes they are very close to the same height. There is about an 8 inch gap between them horizontally. The attach system is different - I think I cover that in the build thread.
