Totally agree! Planned on painting all that crap black so it would disappear!
Yup planned on using soft shackles, never leave without a few, just trying to wrap a few things up before rubi and moab, possibly hit dusy as well.

Now just for gears, skids, and bob

Baja Designs makes a LED light bar that is both amber and white. It's only about $1,700, plus the wiring harness.

I was going to have a leisurely day modifying/building a subwoofer box.

But my business partner called me and told me about a deal and I had to go to work. I kept getting calls/more work. It's 7:35 and I just got off of work so now I can finish my leisurely day. Lol.

    Honeycomb composite sleeper platform.

Be careful when the tent overhangs like that. I ran the design by James Baroud of Portugal and approved before having a rack custom fabricated. The tent is failing again. When I spoke with Ernesto at Adventure Ready this morning he stated that Tom the owner did NOT wish to honor the warranty because it was not mounted to one of their racks. Ernesto said he would follow up no later than end of the week resolving the issue.

I haven't read thru the whole thread yet to see if you found what you were looking for, but I have the 2015 x-ray shield skid you posted. Not a scratch on it. At least there wasn't 3 years ago when I took it off.????

126B3921-FB06-4454-9E6B-42EFE90FEAEE.jpgYo guys, i recently had @STravis build this bumper for me, btw if you’re in new mexico and looking for a custom bumper, this dude is the shit. But anyways the bumper sagged my lift a bit, currently running bilstein 5100s at 1.75 with 1/4” spacers (i know cheapo, should’ve done it right in the beginning). The bumper isn’t super heavy but it isn’t super light, at most maybe 100 pounds and i doubt that. I was planning on upgrading to ome 887s and some jba ucas but i really don’t want to bother with my lift sagging. Should i just say screw it and get 886s? i know they’re for quite a bit more weight and i’m not quite in that territory. What do y’all think?

Be aware, that's going to break down pretty quickly. I think HDPE, in terms of rigidity without cracking, only has a shelf life of five years or so. It's probably lessened by being exposed to the elements and maybe bearing weight/pressure a handful of times. Maybe I'm wrong, I hope I'm wrong. :)
