South Carolina BS thread under new MANAGEMENT and lives in SC

I don’t know why mayo makes me puke. It doesn't take much and it doesn’t take long after I eat it that it happens.


I just don’t like

cream cheese,
sour cream,

 

no worse than my household. I have to work about my SO’s picky eating.

She refuses to eat anything with onion, tomatoes, cilantro, or mushrooms...

onions are ok. Over the past few years I have started liking them more.
Tomatoes I don’t really like.( only person I’m my family who likes them is dad)

cilantro is good,
Not really a fan of mushroom...


Mustard I’m not a big fan of but I can eat it.

 

Pimento cheese with bacon is life changing. I was thinking of making some homemade later this week to keep in the fridge for lunch.

I will have to try pimento cheese on a soft taco. That sounds really good too.

This is essentially the same way I make it, but always sharp cheddar for the cheese, then with softened cream cheese, pimentos, Duke's and only Duke's mayo, paprika, red pepper, and some Tabasco sauce.

Just ate some home boiled peanuts at lunch. Leftover from the weekend. Salt and red pepper intake for the day is at least RDA.
