    That doesn’t sound legal to me. There are many employment rights lawyers out there who foam at the mouth for this type of stuff.

    Also if you get fired for turning them in for it there is a law call the Qui Tam Whistle Blower law. They would get in a while world of hurt. Plus they don’t have to know it was you.
