Good afternoon Austin -- I am wondering if anyone has any alignment shop recommendations in the south Austin area? The boots on my tie rod ends are toast. I'm about to replace them and figured I'd have an alignment plan after the swap just in case anything is off. I like my local shop but they made an alignment mistake after I upgraded the suspension so looking to get this alignment done right. I was thinking about Rising Sun since I see plenty of old mod'd toyotas out there from time to time so may give them a shot, but figured I'd ask.

I'm usually trolling the general 2nd gen thread but figurecd I'd hit this one up for this question. I've lived in town since 2000 and been driving the tacoma since that time. Thanks in advance, and I hope everyone is staying safe!

Welcome to the thread Dave! I'd added you to the list. This is an active group, and I know that you're about to get a lot of recommendations.

Stay tuned here and the TTC thread for meet details and other shenanigans!

    Hey Guys,

Just got my first new Tacoma. 2020 TRD off-road in quicksand. Any recommendations for first mods? Would like to find TRD pro wheels and get a roof rack to start.

Pay it off, then mod it.

Take it wheeling and see what you need. Most get by with just tires and are happy.

If your serious about mods depends on what you wanna do.
If you want to wheel I highly suggest good tires, recovery gear, and sliders.
If your more into looks debadge, perhaps a mild lift and rim/tires.
