Out of curiosity is there something you touch or wear differently in the winter? I watched one of those dermatology shows on TLC recently and the guy had split finger tips all the time and it only happened to a few fingers. He was a cashier at a grocery store and it turned out that he was allergic to the ink in the receipts. Stopped touching them gloveless and found a new job and it all cleared up.
I surely hope it isn't but it sounds like your skills are very transferable so regardless of what happens I hope you find a better job where you're appreciated.

With O'Keeffe's, that greasy feeling lasts for a few minutes and then it's gone.

Oh man, I didn't know this existed. The JB face lotion is freaking amazing.

I know your pain all too well.

If you have a back up, quit.

If you don't, stick with your current company until you do and then quit.

From your description, I don't see any positives to staying with that company. Their field of view is narrow and vision myopic, so they want to mine you for your information, creativity, and vision without paying for it, nor rewarding you. There is no development, no future. It's just a cheap company managed by charlatans.

I use their beard oil also. Nothing from them is cheap but it really works well and lasts quite awhile!

I can't think of anything I do differently in the winter but it's the same fingers over and over. Thumbs, both middle fingers and both ring fingers...never pinky or index fingerso_O
I also have dry skin (shout out to my mom...Thanks Mom!) which is why I use lotion so much.
    Tmi? I think not.

My kids tell me I need lotion cause my hands are rough. I can’t stand the feel of lotion so I tell them it’s man hands.
