What is that tailgate button?

Installed MESO cubby switch panel with 3 cutouts for the small switches. When I installed the panel it seems like the panel is too big for the cubby opening. I have been reading through the threads and do I need to do some cutting? The picture shows where the 2 end switches would be inoperable.

 

Came in today. Perfect fit.

 

A little elbow grease (and a lot of paint) got me pretty close to the finish I wanted.

 

@MESO Should the switch panel fit better than this or do I have to do trimming to the cubby opening?

It is hard to seen in this picture but the 2 end switches (currently switch blanks) do not fit in the opening. Do I need to trim the cubby opening for the end switches?

 

I haven’t ran into this issue, but I know clearance is VERY close on each side. If your switches hit, I can scoot the “B” slots closer together and print you a new one.

 

@MESO That would be great if you could print me a new one. The 2 end switches hit the sides of the cubby and are unusable. Thank you every so much. @MESO how do I order one of these? I tried submitting a “support form” through the website last week and I haven’t received a response. I’m looking for the CP6.1 and I’d like to purchase 3 small switch blanks with it. Thanks

 

When orders are open (every couple of months I think), you order on the website. In between those times, you wait.

 

in the mean time, sign up on the website for email alerts when they are available so you dont miss out on the next release.

 

Yeah I always do that with Meso products. I just thought since they are often a custom order, you had to make a request, wait for a response, and then they were made to order based on that request. Looks like I’ll be waiting. I’ll probably pull out the automatic high beam button for the time being since I never use that worthless feature.

@MESO I haven't ordered anything from you yet so I'm just asking if you take orders through TW or only thru your website? I would like to order a LSP7. I have submitted the email request for when it returns to stock, but it seems like you make to order? Thanks.

 

Finally got tracking info thought I was going to have to send an email. Only took a month to make up the custom switch panel. Can’t wait to get it installed. A little confused how it’s in SC already and was never received by usps in Cali though.

 

I had the same issue when buying from Etsy that originated from Cali. USPS states the label was made, then nothing for days. Then, out of nowhere, it's in my area. It's like USPS in Cali didn't scan the package in.

 

Unfortunately this has become a more frequent occurrence with USPS. I have even called them about it but no one had a solid answer. It baffles me because the package is scanned MULTIPLE times IN-BETWEEN it’s destination..

 

When will orders be opened up again? I am not happy with the layout I ordered, so I will place a new one and try to sell the one I have currently.
