Plus, you have an AT V6 in your truck with ECT. Back then, it was 4-banger 5 speed all the way!

My first truck as a 5speed 4 cylinder Dodge Dakota. I towed with it more than I should, and it got the job done, but goodness when you gotta ride the clutch on take offs it's too much lol.
I think it's more of a safety thing, and not being able to maintain speed on I-65.

I wonder, I grew up with a fisherman dustin connell. The 2nd pic I believe is the newest wrap.

Pretty nice when Toyota is footing the price. No telling what all he gets for free.

We hung out more as kids in boy scouts, our mom's were good friends growing up both decided to be cub scout leaders and such. He was 2 years older than me though.
Our mom's are still close and talk probably once a week still.

He's a good guy for sure.

It was may have been him. He was fishing at Lake Eufaula in the last tournament. Looked like that truck and boat. Believe the truck had Toyota on the side also if I remember right.

@cubie don't worry about MTB, I'll get a dual sport with you to ride. I've been looking on marketplace for months for a 'deal'.

Unless I am reading it wrong they say several times OEM is the best over all.

In this example they say the one on the left with 2 neoprene boots is better but the one on the right with OEM boots is the best.
    1st.jpg
On these for lifted trucks the one with both Neoprene is great but the one with one OEM and one Neoprene is best. Not sure why they charge $77 more for one OEM boot I can buy both OEM boots, grease and clamps for less Than $50.
    2nd.jpg

And on these Long Travel CVs that they say are Ultimate they don't use any Neoprene just OEM

yes thats what i was saying? OEM outer boot with CVJ Inner. It says that that is the best combo for lifted trucks due to the constant rubbing of the innerboots on OEM. Ive read and asked around on TW with people using CVJ inners and OEM outers and they said they lasted longer than Just running OEM. But who Knows? Whats the lifespan of your cv usally?

I’m looking at a KTM 450 xc-f right now that I’ll convert to a super moto bike. I’m gonna get Jeannie a Honda CRF 250 to start out on.

Yes but they dont compare one with both OEM in that comparison but they do say the one with one OEM is better than the one with both Neoprene.
In both comparisons that they use OEM they say they are the best even in the long travel option. In the long travel they don't even offer Neoprene.
They are so many people running 5 to 20 year old CVs with OEM boots on lifted trucks and they are more of them being replaced because of CV breaking or a stick punching a hole in them than wear. Just my opinion but I will stick with OEM.

That’s a hell of a starter bike if she doesn’t have much previous riding experience. Those are full blown race bikes, so don’t expect long engine lives out of either bikes before piston and rings.

I have an EXC which is same engine basically. They’re good for playing in town, but I wouldn’t ride one 20 miles each way to work day in day out.
