    I ordered one of these bottle jacks (link below) and no my spare tire doesn’t fit to my liking....too close to the pipe. I tried to get the exhaust rerouted but they told me it couldn’t be done. I’m sure I just haven’t found the right place

    I hate to be that guy but if your factory jack doesnt lift high enough then you either dont know how to use it or are full of shit. This is my truck right now on a 285/75 with 3" underneath in my garage and I havent even maxed the jack out...I can lift my truck to replace a 35" tire...

    Maybe contact Toyota and have your jack replaced.

    PS The jack lifts to a maximum of 18.5" under full vehicle weight....

    Mine does not lift that high and I probably got a shitty one from the factory. It sounds like someone else did to in this thread. No need to question my integrity by telling me I'm "full of shit" or questioning my man card tire changing abilities.

    LOL, it's your man card not mine.

    I also keep two Torin bottle jacks behind the rear seat, an 8 ton and 12 ton (They both go to 18"). They are $30 on Amazon and work awesome.

    I wasn't trying to be condescending. I was just skeptical that my stock jack wouldn't work on my truck with a 2" lift and 33" tires but I hadn't actually tried it nor even looked to see if I had a stock jack. I also like to test my equipment before I travel into the middle of no where. So legitimately I planned to go test it and report back to the thread, but JoeCOVA beat me to it.
