    I had that surgery six years ago. Tonsils, adenoids, uvula and all soft palate removed plus fixed a deviated septum and took turbinates as well. Sucked for 2.5 weeks after surgery but have had the best sleep of my entire life since. My Dr. was a little more encouraging about results except when talking about long term. Six years later and I still get amazing sleep. Wife is ecstatic cause I don't snore anymore.

    Some of my favorite moments of the day are when customer say they don't need help lifting something; after I asked if they did, they ask how much it weighs, and then say "nah, i'm okay", then come back in realizing that 200lbs in the form of an 80/20 weight distribution and bulky concrete grinder is different than a very balanced barbell
