On a fitness note, I did a workout that I have done at least one other time and posted in here, and typically I have to do the assisted push ups with my knees on the ground after the first 5 push ups in each set but I have been working on my push up form and doing 3-5 unassisted pushups with proper form every time I use the bathroom (it is a good reminder to do something so why not pushups) and I was able to do ALL the pushups REGULAR and unassisted. It was tough, but I was able to knock it out. it added time compared to last time but I am happy I pushed myself to do it. Now I know I can do it.

800m row, 20Pushups, 20 situps, 20 chin ups ( all jumping with as slow a negative as I could handle)
    600m row, 15 pushups, 15 situps, 15 chin ups
    400m row, 10 pushups, 10 situps, 10 chin ups
    200m row, 5 pushups, 5 situps, 5 chin ups

Also the other day I did 5x5 BB split squats with one leg up behind me on a bench and holy hell batman that shit was HARD! My glutes are still a little sore.

@lenoxluda @Travish325 hasn't seen his own pecker in the past 5 years.... But besides having a misconception on single digit body fat, what's your height and weight?

Sounds like upper body strength is improving!
I tried rowing over 500m a few times and my hip flexors cramped up bad so that’s a no go. Have you done anything with a ski erg?

I just had to google ski erg. I saw that on the netflix documentary "the redeemed and the dominant". I wonder why someone hasn't engineered a row machine that can transition to a ski erg for more ab intensive work (or at least it looks more ab intensive work?)

I dont have any issues on the row machine, I have a long body, with short femurs and legs really compared to my top half and the row machine is my bitch. Its hard endurance wise but I can keep my form for long periods of time on it. And I enjoy it way more than any other cardio I can think of except ball sports: rugby basketball, softball, kickball, etc as I like to complete objectives and win, insert ball jokes here lol I know I walked into that one.

A ski erg/row machine hybrid would make me want to spend my $$$$$ on it. Real bad.

I think we each need to be proud what each other has done.

At the end of the day the only thing that matters is that people are reaching their own personal goals.
The exact number is really fucking irrelevant. Especially considering the vast variation in body fat measurements out there. Its arguable even DEXAs don’t know their ass from a hole in the ground.

The biggest part in having a healthy body image is saying fuck you to the opinion of everyone else.

So congrats to all of you who have set challenging goals for yourselves and have had the ability to commit day after day to get there. Don’t let anyone reduce the value of your success.

Personally, I care more about lean body mass than BF %. Looking shredded is cool, but if you ain't got muscle underneath that 6% BF you're just gonna look like a twig.
