After having a rough time in a fancy western MA town as a 12 year old, moved to the PAC NW and wished i had been born there. What a difference, although it’s changed massively in the last nearly 50 years

Is the difference in noise reduction significant? Our bedroom is over the garage. I replaced the chain drive opener with a screw drive and that's a ton quieter. I would like to reduce it even more if possible.

I have liked the look of the 2020 Sport wheels since I first saw them so I bought a set of take offs from a guy on eBay. Got them for a good price too. $480 delivered for the set. Then I had to get new tires because they are 17” wheels and I had 16”s on my SR5. I stayed with stock Sport size, 265/65/17s. Put Michelin defender LTX M/S. Got a good deal on them too. The Toyota dealers around here have a buy 3 get one free sale going on and the other tire shops around will price match. Man it feels good to be back on Michelins again! Rides much better. Now I just got to find someone who wants my SR5 wheels with the stock Firestones that have only 13500 miles on them.
