Well, if you need someone to drink beer and complain that the fish just arent biting, let me know. I love bass fishing. Plus, if you want you can keep all my catch. I just throw them back normally!

I am not from here, so I dont know the place too well. When I took my kayak out I mostly hit up medina. Beautiful lake, you just have to find the damn fish. They should be getting some size to them by now since the water levels returned. I wasn't impressed with the power plant lakes. I went to the frio at chike canyon and liked it there. That's what I am used to fishing back home. Dirty brown water filled with alligators!

A little something every chance we get.
Ours drains directly to the city drains, but it only does that when the tank flushes. Which means it's flushing brine/salt to waste. If a septic doesn't like that, I don't know anything about them - but that would be the "reason". It's probably "brackish" water, and you could make a little French drain somewhere around a driveway or similar. It's only a few gallons every few days.

That's all of this region honestly. If you dont have some sort of vessel, you ain't doing too much fishing. I loved my kayak, but just never had time to use it. When we get all settled in, I may buy a nicer more stable model to start going again.

What kind are you looking at? I've thought about getting a vibe kayak. I like them.

That would be awesome. I want a boat, but am too much of a tight wad. I do like the quietness and peacefulness a kayak brings sitting in back coves. Plus if I ever get a boat, my wife will want to come fishing. She gets super competitive and makes fishing unenjoyable. I am never upset if o dont catch anything. It's about relaxation to me.

I used to have a 10ft emotion. If I get another it will be the BPS ascend. I think they have a lot of good features for the price and they are stable enough to stand on. I would like to get something a little nicer, but I feel like it will do everything I need it to.
