Finally got some time to put my lift and tires on!

Gave her a bath and ordered new tires today. Hopefully they ship soon.

 

I own a dc, but man.. these access cabs always look good.

 

DC here as well and agreed.

 

Sexiest proportions out there In Taco land.

 

This is my 5th Yota 4x4 I’ve owned, and none of them have been 4 doors. My earlier 80s and 90s trucks had extended cabs.

 

If you don't mind sharing, what kind of grille is that? It looks better than the Pro to me. Thanks!

 

Got mine the day before Good Friday! I previously had a 2012 Black Tacoma. I love this color!

Still finishing my exterior chrome delete and I like the inferno + black look... But is a black topper too much?

hey man quick question a buddy of mine likes how your inferno sits and wants to make his sit like yours what size lift and tires are you running?

 

I got my lift off headstrongoffroad.com. it's a 2.5" old man emu with 886 front coils and hs 3 leaf add a leaf in the rear (left the overload spring in). I also added 1/4" spacers on the front to get the full 3" of lift so the truck sits level.

Jba upper control arms.

Replaced the needle bearing with the ecgs clamshell bushing while everything was torn apart.

Tires are 285/75/16's.

Truck rides smooth and doesnt rub at all. Didnt have to do any trimming at all just took the front mud flap off.

Also @Pwhis runs a black hard shell. I think both looks great


I wouldn’t pay $3700 for a shell though. That’s insane. Maybe look at Leer or ARE unless you’re truly that committed to the RSI. Personally, I’d worry about leaking with a modular DIY solution like that.
