That’s terrifying. Luckily putting the new coils on wasn’t quite so bad. It’s just those 700 lb boils that are really terrifying.

The SPC spring compressors are amazing. I used a shitty pair before and they were scary. These are awesome, no bending at all

Pretty much everything else I already had or could find at my work. For example, 18awg wire, misc nuts/bolts, (8) position terminal strip.

I did have to buy a hydraulic lug crimpper from Harbor-freight. I am using 18awg for all my small wires.

Also, this is by far the best diagram I have found for wiring. Found it on a TW thread but can't find the OP or thread right now:

    Hopefully this helps.

It is a Bestop, and I thought the flexibility would be great but I almost never utilize it down. It's up about 99% of the time. The side windows are a bit of a pain to remove in order to fold it. More of a pain to replace, actually, so that I never want to remove them.

At this point I'm thinking about moving to a hard-shell that will provide better protection from weather and theft. The Bestop has a few places it leaks, even just accumulating water while parked. I tried weather-sealing the corners, but eventually it leaks again.
