Anybody in the market(or know someone) for a 3/2 single family home with a 2 car garage + RV pad, really nice sprinkled back yard and pool in the Deer Valley area priced in the high 200s? Im going to list my house soon and would gladly sell it off-market for the right price. 19th ave and Utopia are the main cross streets. On an inner, quiet street with mostly friendly older/retired neighbors that dont mind guys like us wrenching and making noise ha! The house has been remodeled and is quite nice for the price, nearly everything is new. RO water system. Master bath remodel with curbless walk in shower. Natural gas quick disconnect plumbed to the patio for your grill. Pool pump is brand new. Full exterior repaint with a warranty from Certapro. The market is insane right now and Id love to not have an open house full of COVID 19 patients coming through.

Considering Ive already gotten 2 people on Tacoma world to buy houses in Phoenix I figure Id try!

Pics from 5 minutes ago. Weeds will be pulled obviously hahaha, rock is brand new in front.

Do you have a radio yet? I used an HT with an external antenna for years and was able to hit just about any repeater local. On the highway was the only time I had issues.

I use 303 Aero on everything plastic and rubber in and out of my truck. https://www.amazon.com/303-30306-Aerospace-Protectant-Furniture/dp/B000XBCURW

Got my call sign! If you're interested I suggest www.hamstudy.org to learn the material. They are holding zoom testing sessions so you can do it wherever, and only cost me $14.

What ever good wax you have for your vehicles. Every time you wax it, quick buff and new wax on them.

    Congrats!

Huge shout out to @BigGuy for letting me borrow his bed bars while wait on my RCI rack. Super cool guy and very generous of him. I had to buy different brackets but I at least got to see how it looks on the truck and decide which side I want my awning to be on!

Lol. Great to check out if you haven't been.. but it's definitely a tourist trap these days. Decent wheeling. More just good scenery and easy trails. But you have to compete with pink Jeep tours, hikers, mtb'ers, etc. Not sure what it's like currently with everything going on tho.

Yes there are crazies in Sedona. Judging by the dead deer for your avatar, you aren't going to like it. It is beautiful, the hiking and mountain biking is better than the offroading and there is almost zero wild camping close to town. I camped at the closest spot a couple weeks ago and it was PACKED, like campsites every 50 feet packed.

The scenery is some of the best in the world. The best stuff you have to hike to see though. Oak creek runs through town and its pretty easy to hike down to the shore which is shady in a lot of spots if you are there when its hot and trying to cool off. This time of year is busy season in Sedona though so everything will be packed especially now that AZ is "open" for the most part. There are quite a few really good restaurants also. Not sure what all is open yet though.

Need them gone. New tires on the way.

They’ve been great tires. I’m getting the same tire just bigger.
