It doesnt give any clearance except for moving the hitch up. I never hit my bedsides before i cut them
The only gain in departure is from the hitch but usually the stick further back :notsure:
I cheaped out and made a true high clearance. Its not pretty looking but neither is my truck. It functions like it needs to. Fully tucked in the frame. Ignore my full size 315 under the bed, its only there for DDing.

When I first posted it when it was done I had so many requests it was crazy. I wasn’t planning on making anymore because of the amount of work that’s involved. However, I did decide if someone was able to get a group buy going I would do it than.

Moving the hitch is probably the biggest benefit, but I did munch my rear passenger quarter panel when I came down off a rock to quickly and the suspension compressed and the rock tagged the quarter panel. The exhaust may have actually been pushed into the panel, not sure. But after that I just cut it off and went HC.

No. My initial thought was to try to keep all my sensors but it was going to take more time figuring out how to incorporate them without them looking out of place.

Check the market to see what others are selling theirs for. Just go in Craigslist or FB marketplace.

Oof. Pretty much nothing. I still have my BSM and hitch sitting in the garage years later and I just ended up throwing the plastic bumper stuff out. Good luck.

I think give it some time when more trucks start getting into more fender benders.

This depends on which HC you choose as they provide anywhere from 3-5” of clearance.

I know this post is old, but that looks so similar to hell hole reservoir.
