    I shaved down the sides, moved my switches to the right, cut out the support between two switches then set it in there.
    It's worked flawless for like 4 years now.

    Hey guys, just off the top of your head, does anyone know if the nst alternator pulley with the step near the end is for tow package trucks?

    Wont work for my plans either as my intake will eventually be where the battery currently sits.

    Nope, it just sits in there snug. No fasteners or anything.

    Whoa. 60* temp differential. That's nuts!!

    Now that my system is restored back to working order, I'm really happy with the way the setup pulls now, and those power levels are bound to rise again later today after I get my tune back from Justin, so I can really see what this intake is capable of putting down.

    Boost is down from 17.1 psi to 13.3 psi at WOT so that just goes to show me how bad the engine was suffering from the hotter intake air temperature charges inside the blower. It's wild how much these blowers benefit from the supplied IC setup.

    Hey @BassAckwards there is no way of knowing until you pull out the pulley apparently. Supposedly ours come with the stepped but I believe there were two different manufacturer versions of our alternator so that ups the question mark factor a little more.

    The video I shot was going East on I10 a bit past lake Havasu in the summer going uphill.

    I also want to say publicly that @12TRDTacoma's y-pipe will be a one off custom unit so he will not be getting a standard JFR Y-pipe.
    I say this because I feel it's of great importance to keep everyone's order in line.

    Because his will be custom, everyone still keeps their spot in line and I can sleep at night knowing I'm not cheating anyone out of their spot in line.

    My shit is all stock.
    Those are wild boost numbers. I have yet to see anything over 10.5 psi of boost with mine on the 2.5 pulley. I suspect boost numbers will drop even further with the Kelford cams installed. Need to get the "other car" back on the road before I tear into the truck tho.

    I hit 13 psi with 2.3 pulley and full exhaust.
    @12TRDTacoma's current exhaust is what is causing such high numbers.

    Its a bit of a gamble but on my 2013 OR with tow package I needed the step not the flat. NST is under the impression that the flat is for all OR packages.

    In this case heat is an unwanted byproduct of the pressure rise.
    Heat doesnt cause the pressure increase.
    The pressure increase causes the heat.
