Add a new ground wire from the frame to the rear bed. Right above left rear shock to a new body point.

tyoung has already determined that there's no power to the 10A tail fuse, so the problem has to be upstream from the fuse, which would be the relay, associated relay wiring and relay control circuitry. Before we get going in too many different directions, I think it's important to do the jumper I mentioned and then proceed in what ever direction those results send us.

Jump the 1-2 or 3-5 terminals? On the tail light relay?

According to the schematic, it's terminals 3 and 5. From memory, I'm pretty sure those relay terminals are larger than the relay coil terminals. You want to jumper those 2 terminals together in the fuse box. That will send power from the 50A fuse to the 10A tail fuse if there's power available, and light the taillights. Make sure you don't jumper the relay coil terminals. If you do, it could let the magic smoke out of the ECU.

Thanks for all the help guys and sorry if I didn’t respond trying to keep the thread a little tidy so it’s a bit more clear for myself.

Okay so just to do a recap now

    Problem is no tail lights

    Tests I’ve done
    - 12 v at 50 j/b fuse
    -nothing at fuse
-checked all fuse for continuity and all passes
    - swapped relays and nothing happened
    - fog lights work
    - checked for a good ground and it does

Got the power probe and bypassed the relay and tail lights came on. So what’s next? Seems likely that the headlight switch is the problem

OK, now we're getting somewhere. The problem has to be in the circled area. Either the headlight switch, or the body ECU, or the ground connection, or the wires connecting those points. The next step should be to find the green wire that goes to the headlight switch and ground it. Make 100% sure the green wire you find connects to the headlight switch. If you have the correct wire, you can't hurt anything. If the lights come on, you know the body ECU is good. If that's good, then ground the white/black wire and turn on the light switch and see what happens.

Wait a minute. Did you use the power probe at the 10A fuse location? If so, that didn't accomplish much. You need to use a jumper to connect the relay contact terminals in the fuse box. This will confirm that there is power getting to the relay.

I jumped the relay I’ll test the green wire.

Do I need to leave a the headlight switch plugged in and then test the green wire?

It doesn't matter. Just ground the green wire. Make sure the relay's plugged in when you do it.

Well back at this again.... I needed my car so I just bypasses the relay and put in a manual switch which worked. But finally got the new multifunction switch but not dice.

    so any other suggestions?

If you bypassed the relay and it worked then you have a wiring issue to the combination switch you replaced or relay that is defective.

Have you read the circuit with a meter?

that’s what I’m narrowing it down too. But if I ground the wires at the switch the tail lights still don’t come on and I have conductivity on the wires I’m pretty sure

I'm with Muddinfun on this one. Your control circuit has an issue.

There's hope if he does let the magic smoke out. I found this recently plan on trying it:

So just to recap what I’ve done,

    tested the 50 amp fuse
    - The 10 amp
    -Tested the relay
    -Replaced the turn switch
-I know the wiring from the fuse box is fine because I’ve jumped the relay and the lights come on
-When I test the voltage to relay I get 12v and when I turn the tail lights on I get 3ish volts on ground side...
