Might want to check your engine oil sometime, I've heard its under that hood somewhere. Some people even replace it regularly too.

That's a horrible idea. What time?
I thought mine are the same size. But after reading through here, it seems as if Toyota bought 16's for all spares since they run 16's on most of the trucks. Don't the Pro's run 16's as well? maybe it was a money saver for them. As long as I can get moving again, I'm not going to be too concerned over it.

Got mine from The Taco Garage. I went with OEM sensor garnish which made it all about $500 but if i did it over i would go with the aftermarket garnish cause if installed carefully and correctly im sure its just fine

Maybe a height difference between the vehicles? I'd be wrapping my forehead into a Subaru hood on a prop rod. Not so much on the Taco. At 6'6" it makes a difference. Just my $.02.

So I just bought a Lomax Tonneau cover for my 2020 Access cab from GotExhaust here on TW. I’m really looking forward to installing it! Can’t wait!!! I’ll upload a few pics when I get it on ... BTW, I’m brand new to Tacoma World and really happy to have found such a great wealth of information and really cool people!

32" inseam so I wouldn't have slightest idea, I'd like to but at 6'6" I'd probably get nosebleeds.
    Just kidding.

I used to... I don't hold small babies as they may not be used to the thinner air.

I had subordinate worker who kept asking me how the air was "up there." After a few weeks of this, and several ignored requests to stop, I answered with: "Fine. How is it around my arsehole?" Never asked again.

@Tiny's Taco, even if you pick something up local, take a quick read of the "How to Measure and Order Your Replacement Torsion Springs" at the bottom of the 365 Garage Door Parts order page. It really helped me figure out what I needed to purchase.

I also found this article helpful in figuring how much to tension the springs: "GARAGE DOOR SPRING REPLACEMENT GUIDE – HOW TO TUTORIAL". I wish I had read this article before I purchased parts. I missed reading the section on the center bearing like @baldbeardedtaco mentioned. I only opened up the article when I wanted to figure out how many times to wind the spring

I don't know if these are definitive or the best resources, but in reading them I made it through the process without serious incident.

4-wheeling - opening the hood to connect the winch remote, hook up the tire inflator, and to hose off the engine bay when done.

Winter driving - refilling the washer jug every 2-3 days depending on how shitty the weather is.

That said, I don't run hood struts because they look to interfere with my CAI :anonymous:
