    gotcha, well bring spare tubes...none of my tubes will fit you guys. I've successfully put a smaller tube into a bigger tire, but not the opposite.

    Nice, i find that my lungs are better now and i can run further without rest. But my shins wont let me running more than a few hundred yards at a time before the pain gets bad.
