Right now I'm just gonna run them with stock components. I'm still trying to work out what the final weight of the truck will be and then I'll order suspension.

How'd you mount the Recovery Boards on there? I have the same-ish rack and the side panels are a bit tricky for my Amazon boards.

Mine are Amazon boards too, "Firebug" brand.

    What? Come at me...haha!

Kidding. I cut a couple pieces of metal, drilled some holes to mount to the rack, drilled some holes to mount the boards and added some bolts. Then used cotter pins/hair pins to hold the boards on.

I think there is a post about it, let me find...

Great! Thanks for that. I'm trying to keep myself busy with this whole quarantine thing. Might head to Home Depot after a grocery run this week.

Mounted the solar panel today. Had to cut 6 bolts down with a grinder and by some miracle I was able to thread the nuts on.

Also built a battery box. It's both the crappiest and most over built battery box ever. Totally made for my needs and truck. Will be a very compact solar system.

Pics once it's all together next week. Waiting on a few components

    Today, all of the lumens.

    20"light bar
    Ditch lights
    Chase/aux reverse lights

Took it out for a night run down a very dark, twisty road. Very very impressed..

Came across a mama fox and her kit, super cute little guy.

Alright, for those who are following on Instagram (I can't believe I just typed that....)

    Solar box build:
    - independent of truck, unless alternator has charged truck battery, then it accepts charge
    - Renogy 50A DC-DC MPPT charge controller
    - 100W panel
    - 100ah DIY LiFePO4 battery
    - 1200W inverter

    Which runs...

    - 65L Snomaster fridge on a slide. Very bougie.
    - other stuff that's plugged in

    Upgrades to truck system:
    - switchpro 9100
    - ditch lights (Rigid XL Pro, driving diffused)
    - light bar (rigid SR Pro driving)
    - chase light/aux reverse (Baja S1 wide corning, amber)
    - work lights (Baja rock lights on bed cage)

    Chassis:
    - BAMF hangers and shackles
