    @ThunderCookies answered correctly

Dont think this didn’t cross my mind. I got enough of all of that to make it happen.

because I’m cheap and ain’t spending the money on rogue. It’ll probably never have more than 400 lbs on it considering I currently squat 365 or so. I have around $800 in my entire home gym currently, so I sure as hell ain’t spending rogue money.

Doesn't that go against everything you stand for tho? Chinese weights, Japanese truck etc. Like Dirty Twerp said, just the bumpers are made in China, it's not like you need to buy a ton of equip. It's just crazy considering how you are, using that as your reason to not support US companies. In general, a lot of people have become accustomed to buying inferior products because they're cheaper. And the crazy part is people know it, and it still continues. Be well :)

Sounds like a trolling question But it may not be so....

Many people call this process re-comping. It is definitely possible Especially if you’re fairly new to lifting weights and are fairly overfat. However you would likely get better results if you focus on one of those things at a time.

Personally don’t like keto. Carbs are your bodies main fuel source, assist with recovery from resistance training and feel your muscles with glycogen. Of course there are back up systems so keto diets work and you’ll still be able to produce energy on a high fat diet. To each his own, if you’re someone who enjoys a high fat diet, keto may be the right diet for you

A persons body fat % has nothing to do with their level of knowledge.

Just FYI, currently sitting around 16% coming to an end of a massing phase. Going to be running a quick 4 to 6 week minicut(shooting for 8-12%BF) and then straight back into a mass.

Low carb high fat is where its at

    Do you enjoy nutrition coaching?
I’m wondering if most of your clients actually take the advice they pay you for and if not how frustrating that is.

    Well, hold on now partner...

Not everything that is made in Asia is inferior to USA manufacturing. Take the Japanese electronics for example. Japanese spec Capacitors and other components are second to none.

No, I don’t think you understand. In here the sarcasm is heavy and the jokes are plentiful. Just before you posed in here, there were comments made about how the new people to the thread get scared off by the locals in here. I don’t really participate in all that.... much.

I’ll spend money on the things that matter. My little home “gym” isn’t anything special, no one else is going to be using it, I don’t need it to make money, he’ll it won’t even be used every day. I’ve still got my gym membership and will still actually go to the gym a few days a week becauE I just like being there. This $250 rack will be more than enough for the use it’ll get. I got York plates and a York bench because a local guy had it all for $300. Then another 265 lbs of plates (not York) for $50 From a friend. The nicest thing In my gym is my platform  because it’ll take the most abuse. I may get a better bar in the future, but that’ll be the only thing I go high dollar on for this basement setup

Here is my main home workout equipment. I've been using the dial-up dumbells for quite a few years. They only go up to 55# but used right I am still seeing results.

China, Taiwan, Japan, Mexico, anywhere in Asia lol Hell China is one of the largest steel exporters in the world.

Y'all I said it before, I deal with this stuff everyday with govt contractors. If these companies don't have a specific "Buy American Act" clause in their purchase orders and contracts then 98.2% of the time their steel is imported. It's so easy to be able to say "made in America". That's capitalism and free market, deal with it.

Again, no way to verify that steel unless you have an XRF gun of your own and can scan the metal and determine it's makeup. I can put American steel from U.S Steel next to imported steel from China, which keep in mind really isn't as bad as you think when bought from a good supplier with international standards in place. $1000000 says no one here can tell the difference. You'd be surprised what gets made with imported steel. People think just cause they see China it's automatically shit steel. That may be true in some cases, but remember, your America steel is made out of scrap shit from everywhere, so even that scrap is likely not all American lmao. It's all heated, extruded, and made the same basic way. The only time it becomes a problem being non American is when it's specialty steel/aluminum being used on critical items like aircraft parts and weapons. That's only because if it's made in America WE can impose our manufacturing standards and take action if the supplier doesn't meet spec. It's also because on aircraft, weapons, and military product, America doesn't want other countries knowing the shit we use and the details of our engineering and manufacturing, plus all the flow down of specs, drawings, and technical data that has to be sent to sub-suppliers who make this specialty steel... That's not stuff you want another country having.

Even Rogue's top racks are very likely made with Chinese or imported steel in there. Again you'll never know. Even if they are buying it from an American company, that American company likely imported that steel and resold it at a mark-up lol It's just how it works.

But if it makes you feel more patriotic than buy whatever the hell you want. Just don't act all high and mighty because you only like "murica made".

Dunno about you, but having a nice gym setup at the house sounds way better than dealing with the bs at the gym. This covid situation has me really rethinking going back to the gym and just getting nice home setup and avoiding sweaty bros and all the bullshit. Then on top of that, I have a nice ass gym that's sick af. That's just me tho
