I don’t have the space or money for a home gym that will have the equipment I want.

Even then this whole situation has taught me... I fucking hate working out at home. I could have a Luxurious $100k set up in a separate building In my backyard. I don’t want to workout in a big ass building by myself lol.

uh... this bro knows how to pack on mass

It’s trolling but just bullshitting really. Welcome to the chat. You got dudes on juice, strongmen, bodybuilders, natty’s, keto-ers, everything in here. Even had a IFBB pro for a short time. It’s a good thread to just hangout and bullshit. Half of us don’t even own Tacoma’s.

How many Chinese cars do we import? Think their steel is good enough to pass standards here? Being high and mighty because I want to support companies here? LOL

yah actually, i really enjoy it :) finally found what i really want to do for the rest of my life!
Most of the time they do take the advice and we check in weekly to assess progress and make adjustments. With very overweight clients it’s sometimes difficult because they have heavy emotional attachments to food and then that complicates things but I try to screen for that... Not that I don’t want to help of course but that’s a psychological issue first

Ouch bro, knee surgery is no joke I've heard. Yeah man that stupid little piriformis and glute med was fucking with me too, pretty sure those were the main culprits. I've done probably a million clam reps in the last year to get those fuckers to act right. I was shocked when I researching to find out how many damn muscles are in our hips and glutes. Made me really step up my lower body workouts. I wouldn't wish that problem on my worst enemy, there were times I felt hopeless, I'm so glad I figured it out and got over it. Yeah that's what I learned too, single leg movements to get the muscles to actually engage properly.

I like being there. I feel like I get better workouts done at the gym. Better pumps. Something about the home gym setup just feels different. And I don’t have much motivation at home. I dunno. Maybe it’ll change. But, for now, I’m gonna pay my $25 a month for the gym and still use it 2 or 3 days a week
