I'm gonna say there is roughly 6 feet in front of her car before the curb is painted on the corner (no parking on the corner).

I'd argue that by attempting to hold the spot at all they're excluding themselves from "reasonable".

(but in reality though yeah I think they're probably decent, I just moved in a week or two ago and I don't talk to strangers)

The problem can be fixed with an 8 pack of orange cones in a jiffy. Just place the cones before you go to work any place you want and park at night just where you left them.

If that does not fix the problem order the parking enforcer dummy. I garantee you the neighbors think you are a nut case and park far away from your house.

What is with the small neighborhood thing? OP- those people are guilty of being premeditated shit-humans (scum)

The only way to fight their multi vehicle tiny neighborhood scummery is to become the monster you wish to defeat. Buy a whole bunch of vehicles that are too big and inappropriate for your lifestyle, and park them all over the fucking place. On their side, your side, poach the fucking spots as soon as they move.

I say your neighbors are territorial asshole and it would piss me off too. She holds the spot? These people have no lives.

Id creep up on her rear bumper waaaayy too close until she gets sick of parking there.

I used to live in the inner city (Boston) and people would do such dickhead stuff in terms of parking. Would drive me crazy sometimes.

All these members taking shit to u probably have two car garages and have only ever lived in suburbia

Nope.. I fight for street parking everyday... I have a dclb in the inner city.
This is why steel bumpers are highly recommended.;)

They could have put the car up a little bit more but not a huge deal to me. Just be glad you dont live in the Northeast. When I lived in the city (Boston) parking wars were crazy especially during snowstorms. Shit got real. If you tried holding a spot on the street (over 24 hours) or park in a spot that some one just shoveled out (under 24 hours after shoveling) you would get a nice surprise done to your car.

Yeah but everyone in your hood is struggling for street parking. These people are intentionally grubbing up all available space because they have too much shit. I’m lucky, on my street, we have room and are considerate. Under no circumstances would I ever let MY bullshit mess with my neighbors. This guys neighbors are throwing off strong indicators.

The only time I was ever territorial about parking was when I lived up the road from chargers stadium (or Qualcomm whatever) and people would try to park in my hood instead of paying the parking fees at the stadium. My street and I would open the garage doors and mean mug every domesticated sweater wearing pussy who drove by. Seats fuckin taken bro.

We have the medical assistant students that do the same thing and the construction workers for a few of the improvements going on. Then you have maids, nannies and other bs that come and park in here just to walk to their class, job, or because they can't find parking on their own street.

    1) grow your beard back out
    2) pay good money to get a giant chest piece and throat piece tatted up (preferably something with the word “vengeance” in all caps)
    3) git you a Louisville slugger
    4) walk around with your shirt off

I’ve seen you bearded. I’m not parking on your street brah

Ya there is not really a lack of parking here, I think they just like that spot because it's the closest to their house. If they were not "holding" this one, they'd be 2-5 cars away.

You can’t talk to them about it, because what’s to talk about? You would be addressing their subtle shitty behavior. The best Thing to do is work around their shittiness and maybe you get to know them, vice versa, and it’ll work itself out over time. Maybe it won’t. But those are your neighbors now.

I'm in a row house community so I know all about parking wars. The parking job in the pic is ok but the saving of the spot is borderline psycho, especially since the spot is RTF in front of your house. You need to figure out some way to get that parking spot.
