    it’s going very well! Just not as fast as I would like. I have to remember I was off it for 3 weeks before the surgery and another 6 weeks at 30* bend. Just give myself a little grace! I should be cleared for a slow jog in two to three weeks. I can’t wait

    Sounds like you are doing pretty well for the most part! All going well with you other than the boring exercises?

    It took a while to figure out what NA meant. Thought it was naturally aspirated and I was all confused.

    I’m glad you are still progressing well. I wish it was faster though, but ACLs are a whole different game.

    I’m doing super well. About to go on my first 1.5-2 mile jog with no walk breaks. :fingerscrossed:

    Strength training has been the hard part. Squatting only like 24lbs right now lol.
    I didn’t think that would be the challenging part, I thought running would be more difficult.

    Hopefully you aren’t going too crazy. I just watched a documentary about the Dave Mackey story. Trail runner loses his leg after a bad boulder incident. Got me thinking if a doc told me it would be like 6 months till I could run again. I’d ask him if it would be less time to be fitted for a prosthetic.

    Also 10-11% BF there... My point is, we typically underestimate our true BF. It's hard to get sub 8%.

    2 months ago I could front squat 315 with ease for reps. Now 225 feels a little rough with a back squat. This sucks lol. Hopefully it doesn’t take long to get back up. How bad can a month or two of rest really hurt you, right?

    I was doing lunges with over 100lbs in Nov.
    been doing lunges for the last 4 weeks... with no weight.

    My muscles do not remember shit.
