    Consider me an interested party. Not sure how it’s going to work out for me, but I’d love to try and make it.

    Not sure if you’re after a pulley because it boosts alternator output or reduces it for more horsepower, but I think the FJ alternators have higher output alternators and I happen to have a spare one.

    Yes, this is true.

    My money is on F’d cats. Clogged or fouled cats will cause a higher boost reading.

    He has bubbling in coolant after warmup. Blown head gasket can cause exhaust to pressurize and introduce air/exhaust gas in the cooling system which causes the bubbles in the reservoir.
