Yeah I think Texas runs the new cab VIN too before they let you do that.

 

No it's a clean cab. I was trying to get Megel to get it. I need room to build my Tacoma bed trailer. As you can see my work space is full.

 

My brother is already invested in it. He's sitting on hard metal with his current bench and I just need to decide how the heck I want to clean the bucket seats. Carpet cleaner rental from Home Depot? Not sure.

 

If I can line up a co pilot to come with and I get the time off after all this covid shit... I might be paying you a visit.

 

I had a detail shop do mine. Charged me 50 bucks. I took the seats to them

 

Frames don't have the Vin. Just a frame number on the passenger rear of the frame.

 

There should be a vin tag on the passenger side rail, unless it’s been rubbed off by oversized tires.

 

Hmm. Empties 2020 road trip, see if I can end it with a complete rolling shell! Lol.

 

Might just do that. They're taking up a ton of space in my garage. My brother can pay for it since I'm just giving him the seats.

 

Also I think the pink slip and cab Vin went when I sold off the silver cab. It may still be in use.

 

I hate the clamps on my cap. Thinking about making a stainless steel tray and drilling through it to clamp it down more out of the way. Would probably be stronger too.

The green cab Vin is clean just register it in Vermont like Tyler @BartMaster1234 did.

 

Oh. So it’s not in use. What year was it?

 

Actually once you register it in Vermont you can transfer it to your state and get a title for it.

 

i did it for my accord that i sold... since the PO managed to not give me the proper title...



he found the title 2 years later and couldn't apologize more! lol

 

It's not. the guy I got the truck from did work on it for the owner. Owner never came and got it.

 

ah. im sure registering it should be too much of an issue through vermont.


its just missing the core support and im assuming interior right?

 

i have my 2 original doors i'll just use.

 

I have a core support from a 98-2000 that is from my 97 it's in ok shape I'll throw in.
