Dude you are regurgitating the same thing! You are making a statement that " all other trims share the same shocks", but you make no informed comment about what characteristics those other shocks share. Stop trying to sound smart. You don't know what you're talking about! Let me guess. Your reply will be " they fall somewhere in between"? Lol, so does my ass!

You two must be buddies. You felt the need to take the time to say I can't comprehend? How old are you?

Doesn't the Limited have 1" larger wheels? Not that it matters that much...

Yeah they've got 18" wheels which I honestly think look too big and goofy.

I feel like the sr5 suspension is really soft. Lot of body roll

    Work in progress...
Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited 4x4 with 5.7 Hemi. She will be happy with the ride. The Jeep will tow the trailer. You will get better mpg's. It's a win/win.

The shocks that come on the SR, SR5 and limited trims are a truck shock, not overly firm or soft. Something that is "all purpose". When I replaced the black ones on my 2013 they were branded KYB, but I don't know if they make the suspension on the third gens.

My experience with things that are "all purpose" or "one size fits all" is that it does everything poorly.

I'm confused as to what exactly you want to know about these shocks. My opinion and experience with them is they ride like shit.

Compared to my 01 tundra, my sr5 tacoma rides like chit on the asphalt town roads here. Surprisingly enough it rides better on the dirt road i live on. I knew the tacoma ride wasn't going to be a tundra from having 4x4 small toyota pickups since 79, but had hoped it wouldn't be as bad.

Strange you say that. My 2020 sr5 has just about zero body roll. It'll take a turn at speed about as flat as could be. My tundra had body roll.

Any full size pick up will have a better ride than a midsize.

    Lots, straight from the factory.
Downside to a ZR2 with a retailer and washboards is the weak frame. I’ve seen too many pics of the Colorado frame bending and the bed tipped backward.

I put the Pro Fox shocks on mine and it’s just about perfect for my taste. Although I liked the softer overall ride the OEM Bilsteins provided, they tended to dive quite a bit under heavy braking and pogo stick on large dips in the road. The Pro Foxes do neither. BTW my truck is a daily driver consisting mostly Highway/Street driving.

Except for the 01 tundra having a wider stance, it never was considered a full size truck.
