I have an 05 Tacoma with a 3" lift. I want to put 33" tires on it. Do I need bigger rims? Will 34" tires fit without rubbing. If i need new rims I would get black steelies.

Along the top of the forum menu click on the search button and go from there. you will find a ton of information on this topic. I have a 3" lift and i fit 285/75/16 with minor trimming

Thank u very much for the response, I would still like to know if i need bigger rims to fit 33" tires. Sorry, workin on trucks was not the gift that god gave me. If u have a question on anything that involves building a house from start to finish just ask.

your rims are fine but unless they have 4.5 backpacing you will need wheel spacers. stock wheels have 5.5.

I would go somewhere else to get tires if the guy told you that. Most aftermarket rims that guys have aren't even 10" wide. Mine are 17x9, most go with 17x8.
