I just remembered I got a bag of those pizza pillows in the freezer. Gonna be a quick and easy supper tonight.

We just did taquitos for lunch a few min ago. A little longer than the microwave, but comes out way better. And quicker than it would have taken for my oven to even heat up

I do up a couple pounds of fresh wings every Sunday to eat while I watch a downloaded nascar race. Best wings I’ve ever had.

Yeah they have some old vintage races from the late 70’s and early 80’s complete with commercials you can download.

Pre COVID one of our group would host a bbq we would have drinks and food and watch the race every Sunday.

Dude, I could go for some old Cale Yarborough chasing around the track. When I was a kid that was prime bonding with the old man.

They go damn near the same speeds as today with waaaayyy less safety standards. The pit crews are smoking cigarettes and wear v neck button up short sleeve shirts with chest hair and gold medallions sticking out. No goggles, no helmets, no fire suits, no gloves. Just ball caps and aviator glasses.

Back when the cars being raced actually looked like the cars on the showroom floor?

The local butcher shop had these fantabulous sounding fresh brats.

Browned them in a skillet because parts of the area are under a Tornado Warning and it's raining. Browned them for 5-6 minutes and then added 1/2 cup water and a lid and basically steamed them for 12 minutes until IT was 160+ ...12 minutes is also the perfect time to air fry some tater tots at 400F!

I do mine for 17 minutes (9 and 8) at 380 along with a frozen breaded chicken tenderloin. Everything comes out great.

    According to Tyson they do!

I don't care if it's just a different name slapped on a breaded breast as long as it tastes good.

Does anyone have one of those ranges with the built in air fryer? I'm in the market and wondering if it's worth getting.

Lol I love my little airfryer for what it is but now you’re entering convection oven territory

Yeah the air fryer is just a tiny convection oven. Swirling hot air.
