    I had a great experience with Laidlaws. Glendale’s sales dept was, meh. But their service dept was good the two times I went in.

    I don’t want to drive all that way for a service lol. I can get my girlfriend to drive me home from Irvine and not feel bad about having her meet me there cuz it’s only about 20 mins

    I’m aware. I’d rather just cruise over to their shop and pick them up. I like my short shots but the 2-1 exhaust adds a little back pressure that tunes better and adds a little on the low end of the powerband (which honestly is where Harleys spend most of their time). I knew that before I bought the shorties but I always wanted them when I had my sportster and since I was building my bike to be a “bigger sportster” and wanted them here too. I suppose I succeeded because somebody asked me recently if my bike was an 883 or a 1200.

    “uhh... it’s a 1750.”
