    Thats exactly how the original one on the tacomas is. Good enough for most of them I guess. On mine it was leaking at some point and they didn't have a new one up in canada, so they just replaced it with a hose.

    my tundra doesnt even have one.. nor the taco. Im adding one to the tundra.. the taco i dont think i'll ever need it.

    BMW seats, OME Suspension, CBI and NWTI plates front and rear, 13,000 winch, LED light bars, Ham Radio, topper with roof rack added, stainless exhaust, 2nd battery, inverter, sound deadener
    Tractor supply is my go-to. And they sell by the pound, rather than pricechecking each nut and bolt.

    Same here. Though mine doesnt carry fine thread pitch standard bolts. Only the course thread stuff. Sucked when I needed a 7/16-20 and they didnt have it.

    It's gonna guarantee that the PS fluid is running hotter than it needs to since it's always at engine temp

    But it also limits the temperature to 180F as well. I did some googling around and it seems like power steering temperature isn't a huge issue anyway.

    This article suggests 180F is ideal, but under 300F is okay:

    I think I'm going to just go with an aftermarket cooler mounted somewhere though, a taller radiator isn't what I want.

    Not really the bottom hose on my trucks is always grab-able ie. not 190°

    190° is the top hose before the rad does its thing

    Nice My 1st truck was a 84 Chevy s10 I jumped that truck so many times and it was stock. Never damaged anything on it.

    a 1st gen s10 was the last chevy my father ever bought! the whole dash fell out 5 minutes after buying it when he hit a pothole..


    turned right around, demanded his money back and kept the 79 shortbed toyota for a few more years

    Mine was great. It was my dad's work truck. The engine through a rod through the block at 300,000 miles so the fixed it and gave it to me my sophomore year of high school. I just had to get my grades up before I was allowed to drive it.
