I turned the speedometer from a Lexus IS300 into a clock. I used the original speedometer and tachometer needles as the hour and minute hands respectively.

You ought to sell those. That would be a hit.

I put a new winch line on the other day and decided to take the snowy way home from camping. Only got stuck once in 30 miles of 1-3’ deep wet snow and it was because I decided to mess around on a side road.:mudding:
Got to test out my new synthetic winch line and my new winch extension strap.

What I didn’t get a picture of is that my driver door is about an inch from a branch coming off a log, hence deciding to run the block and pull myself sideways a little ways before moving forward.

Dayum.... That reminded me that my brother went through like half a dozen tires AND a couple OEM wheels due to stupid huge potholes in TX.
I think Utah must be pretty darn lucky with our roads.

Hey hey! That's good news! More suppliers not wanting to set up production runs for parts so they just purchase the OEM parts from the makers and put the parts in their box :D
We're okay with that. Gets us high quality parts for much cheaper:cool:

I got pics of that 04 with 33k miles. It's been wrecked before. The frame has some covering newly sprayed on, I'm sure to help keep the rusty look at bay. It's a decent taco. Even at that low of mileage, I've seen many tacos in better shape interior/exterior.
The only thing to write home about with this one is the low mileage.

    I have mods
Get a tach from the same car and make it a barometric pressure or humidity thingy to match the clock.

be funny if you stole those off his car and then gave them back like that

Really cool idea though, I agree you could probably make a little side hustle out of doing stuff like that for enthusiasts

I'm back to coming into work every day, at least for the first part of the day. They want everyone still on payroll to be coming in again. Good news is that my buddy got his job back, they took him off furlough and brought him back in.
