@voz, sorry for the delay but I only have a 1 1/4" tube die. It may look a little too skinny for Tundra sliders.

He can just get 1.25 diameter sliders for his wife's Rav4 since he likes it so much.

Taking my rig to ECGS today. Somethings been up with it for a while that I could never put my finger on. You would never know theres an issue going straight but turning hard at slow speeds feels like there is some binding in the drive-train. I had the driveshaft out and driving it in front wheel drive and it went away so that's why I'm thinking something in the 3rd member. I've already replaced the u-joints in drivehshaft several months ago. ECGS said they could have the shop foreman test drive it this afternoon but cant get it in the shop until June 10th. I guess they just moved their shop to Louisburg. Tempted to just buy a 3rd member and do it myself but if thats not the issue it would suck to throw $800 at it for nothing. 3 hours of labor for them to pull it diagnose and reinstall a 3rd isnt too bad. Plus Im assuming Id get more of a warranty if they do it.

Hadn't heard about the move, but yeah 5 years if they do it. They have a guy that all he does is rebuild thirds in the back. I would ask if you get the same warranty if they diagnose your third as the problem then just buy it and swap yours then return for core charge.

Yeh I guess they are still in between shops half the stuff is still over at the old one is what the sales guy said. 566 Airport Rd Louisburg 27549 is the new one. Its not even on their website yet. If the foreman can give me a definitive answer today which Im not even sure is possible without pulling the 3rd and having a look at it... Im willing to do it myself dont think it would be too bad. But honestly Im also tired of throwing parts at it chasing this problem is why I'm leaning towards letting them do it. I've done ECGS Needle Bearing swap, Replaced my inner and outer tie rods, Rebuilt the driveshaft, New Center Bearing , added axle shims, which honestly all needed to be done anyways but I just cant get the main problem this binding I'm feeling turning at slow speeds to go away. Got a new boat which is quite a bit heavier than my old aluminum skiff and she wasnt happy at the boat ramp spinning around to back it in. That's the main reason Ive got to get this taken care of so I dont end up with a locked up drivetrain blocking the boat ramp on Memorial Day  Might get shot .... LOL

Picked this guy up last week

    IMG_3727.jpg

2017 Kencraft Bayrider 2260FS w/ 150 Hrs on her Already rigged out probably saved myself 25 Grand buying used considering all the add ons. I almost got a 2020 but saw this one pop on craigslist and pulled the trigger.
They dont come up for sale used very often. So pumped took her on maiden voyage this past weekend. Game-changer!
