    we have a cool sit up. walk in, in the computer lab have a camera thing sit up for temps. stop for one second and they send you on. i watched the thing on the next guy. thermal imaging like military would use to sense heat to see if people are in a building.

    guess you get the day off. YOU jog to work:facepalm:i hardly have energy to finish my day,weve wore them walking meters one time. i adveraged 8-11 miles a day on 12hr shift. You must be a specimen of strength. LOL

    No I don't jog to work.

    Fit bit for me for a year.
    Dr said I needed to exercise.
    I said my work is my exercise.
    He said wrong kind
    So I asked how much
    He said oh a mile 2 or 3 times a week.
    So I came back in 6 months with a record of my "exercise "
    He goes take it easy, it's not a marathon.
    I said I know, that's my work...

    Never asked me about exercise again..


    Some ride bikes etc.
    I need at least two wheels to go to work
    No exceptions.
