    If you have 1-1/2" gap (as the tape measure seems to suggest), you should be fine. Here is a gap that was needed for a different CAI box, for comparison.

    It'll clear the mounting bracket/tray, the strut will sit above it as shown below. You may have to slide the battery an inch away from the inner fender to clear the strut.

    They would, you just need to add ~1" plastic spacers/bushings to move the tray from the fender:
