Was clearing space in the garage yesterday to have room to fabricate for a custom bicycle beach cruiser that i’ve had all the parts for the last 6yr’s.Pulled the cover off of my HD 91 Heritage Softail Classic.I’ll eventually ride again.Also have a HD 84 XL Sportster.

 

I like those. I have heard good reviews too on HD Forums. Im just going to work on paying down my bike over summer.

Im dropping off for the 1k service on Wed after I get off work.

I’ve lived in HB/Fountain Valley since 1980.If you’re referring to the exhaust it’s a “Thunderheader” by Rich Products.Pricey but the best exhaust in my opinion.Purchased mine about 15+ yr’s ago through a friend who worked for Harley Davidson Of Westminster,CA.It’s now HB Harley.He ordered mine through the dealer and saved my wallet $300+ dollars in discount.

My dad was a custom car/motorcycle painter/fabricator his entire life.Motorcycle’s etc.born into my blood.Learned to ride my first dirt bike at 4yr’s old.

 

I think I have some family in Oakland and in Portland, OR. I would want to visit California, but not sure if I would want to live there - probably because I cant afford it.

Im moving in 8 years, just dont know where yet. Or I could stay and be rent free

Brian @uhplifted congrats on getting your bike!I realized you posted info on this thread in regards to your purchase but spaced out on things a bit once the pandemic started.Funds will eventually be available to get at least one of my bike’s up and running again.

 

Huntington is nice. At this point though I think I’m saving up to move to Arizona in a few years. Will have to find a job that pays me as much as I make now though which may be slightly more difficult in AZ since cost of living is lower. But if I find a job I’d do it I think. I love the beach but I just am getting over California’s bullshit. I wouldn’t be able to lane split anymore though
