Most of the time when I do it it’s all about convenience, I like my own dough and have been wanting to do a sourdough pizza dough but right now space is a premium and time is usually not on my side.

So they're probably like the McDonalds of the pizza world, I would expect. Cheap and easy but probably not awesome. :notsure:

Yeah, I'll buy a doughball if I'm at the grocery store, will be home late, and won't have time to start a batch from scratch when I get home. Convenience, like you say.

Actually they aren’t too bad if it’s a good LC location. They make all their dough fresh in house every day, they use good quality cheese and stuff. Now I mean we aren’t talking on par with a really good local place or home made but they ain’t bad.

Good to know. The closest Little Caesar's we've got is pretty far out of the way, but you never know when I might drive by and not be in the mood to cook.

We may be a little luckier here in MI when it comes to them as this is their home. We have been getting their stuffed crust lately when we get something from there.

I'm fourty three god damn years old.

I know better than to eat pizza when it's still fresh out of the oven. And yet...

I can't stop playing with the dangling skin on the roof of my mouth.:annoyed:

Thanks guys! I unintentionally used whole wheat flour but it turned out great. I'll try AP with the same ratios next time.
