Like you say there was just a small lot/batch made for Yota that possibly had that defect. I'm sure with the records of their manufacturing they were able to find pretty well which Tacos that batch might've gone into. Being multiple years that were affected tells you that it wasn't caught or found until a bit after the fact

Is there any way to photoshop the peoples heads out of this? And the two morons swimming with the sharks on the right? Also maybe rotate the pic so the water/sky line is level.

    God dammit

I come to Airgas and park.

    Unlock bracket

    Remove tank

    Undo handle/guard

    Undo regulator

Go inside only to have the guy "check" his system since they don't know if they can take walk-ins

    Then he says no

Apologizes and I casually thank him and say it's ok I understand

Put it all back together, turn on my truck and answer some texts (including @what road )

Someone knocks on my window to tell me they can accept walk-ins

    :frusty:

Ok cool, let me take down my setup again...

Mine would probably give me the green light on the truck but I would have to sell mine, not because she'd want me to but because I can't afford two offroad toys lol. Plus it would be pretty redundant. But we both do want something eventually that she and my daughter can ride comfortably in. The access cab 1st gen is kind of cramped and that's putting it lightly.

If that 2nd gen weren't long travel I might seriously consider it. Wouldn't mind getting something that's already built up some (save me some $$$ having to buy the basics all over again), but LT is more than I want to have to deal with right now

Guess I could always sell the LT kit for a mid travel one and pocket some cash, hmm

If you were to go with a second Gen I highly recommend getting a 4 door with the 6foot bed. I love having all that room in the truck and can still fit my dirtbikes in the bed with the tailgate up. I don't think I want to drive anything anymore that is not off-road ready. My wife loves the new 4door Jeep Wrangler. She has had a lot of bad luck with smaller cars. She went through 3 civics a Kia and another car I can't remember.
