If you moved to Phoenix, then socal is only 6h away.. Thats what I was planning. But friends tell me that Phoenix is ghetto, and to look at Prescott or Flagstaff.

Hopefully next summer Ill drive over there and see all these places that Ive been wanting to check out.

Would love to go for a scoot with you one day! I know myself and @TXpro4X4 would be willing to help you with whatever is needed to get one up and running. I’ll be goin to his pad in a couple weeks to help him get his new shocks installed

Im still in Arizona right now. We’re leaving tonight haha. My buddies house is in North Glendale which is close to Phoenix. Parts of every city in every state will always have a ghetto area. It’s pretty nice here though from what I’ve seen. I’d certainly enjoy living here. His house was like 325k and it’s a 4 bedroom 2 bath with a massive backyard and pool.

    Some really cool shit
Flagstaff is around 7000' so it's pretty nice.

My parents lived in Goodyear, AZ for a couple years. Nice, older area. It's slightly southeast of Phoenix. It's a burb.

Im hoping that I can pay my house off in 8 years, then when I sell take all of that and pay cash for a house. My original plan was to just work wherever I wanted and just have fun, but it seems like I like the expensive hobbies. Why cant I just like walking :annoyed:

Anyways, thats my plan. Dont know if any of it will happen though.

EDIT: All I want is a RV garage and maybe a 2 car also. The rest, the gf (probably wife by then) can choose

All I want is a big garage and big kitchen because my wife loves to cook. We just need to find land to build what we want. We aren’t interested in a huge house with a lot of unneeded space.

I also dont want to mow alot. If its wooded, or if its desert, Im good with that. My townhouse now is 1800 sq ft finished, and 200 unfinished (garage). 3 bedroom, 2 full bath, 2 half bath

Are you building a house in Charlotte?

I want a big grass yard. My buddies house came with a riding mower, even though it’s really not that big a yard to mow as it’s not full grass. I had always wanted to ride a riding mower so I mowed his yard for him the other day lol

Maybe in the future. Looking to rent for 6 months and possibly buying a $250k house. If the right land comes up we shall see.

Just got back from a scoot since it wasn’t raining. I then visited my favorite parking lot for some more practice, but this time I set up my phone to take video so I can hopefully assess my form, spot any mistakes and hopefully see what I’m doing right and what I’m doing wrong.

I can’t post the video, but I did get some screen shots of it. This is me practicing figure 8s and working on my lean. The speed was between 10 and 15 MPH and I was in second gear.

To me, I like the way you're looking at where you're going next instead of where you are.

This is HUUUUUGE. looking through the turn (where you are going) not in front of you (where you are) is going to save you from lots of problems.

I don’t see any wheelies and you aren’t dragging elbows.

I've been riding 2 wheeled bikes with throttles my entire life, years before i ever got my motorcycle endorsement on my license, when it came time for the test you realize how awkward tight figure 8s and circles can be no matter how fast you can haul through power line trails...

i found this video in particular to really help me out. :typing::hattip:
