    Lemme try and respond.

First off, I was a huge BC fan. Love their stuff and especially the S&C site. Once they started that shady shit, I was out. I didn't know they responded the way they did, and I'm glad they did. But still, that's really shitty practice. I'm pretty sure they responded to the public shaming they got, which isn't nothing, but it's not enough to win back my $$. Plenty of other good options out there, like the REI Co-op, which also offer me a dividend, as well as extra back with my REI card. Peace out BC, mistake or not, you're done. I honestly only feel bad for their employees, who were unwillingly along for the ride. Hopefully the withdrawal of consumer $$ from BC will go to others (like MooseJaw), who will open more jobs.

Devinci, Spartan. Devinci is such an under represented brand right now. Their bikes freakin rip.

Yes, it kinda is. You should see some of the DH runs 'round here...

Man, I can't recommend it enough for that specific purpose. She's having a blast and keeps bugging me to go. Makes riding with the wifey 95% better. Cause, you know, riding with homeys is 5% more fun. At least that's what I would say if she asked.

I've got plenty of miles on both. Grip2 is miles above Fit4 for aggressive riding.

It's not. Yes, Fit4 is easy to set up, but it's just as easy to set up a Grip2 using the recommended settings form Fox. The Grip2 offers much better damping under big-after-big hit bumps, and holds you up better in steep sections. And at the end of the day, you can still fine tune it to ride how you like, you're not limited.

Ummm, did that. And yes, it's firkin ridiculous. Currently running the Fox 36, Grip2, w/Push ACS3. Never felt anything like it. Plush as hell, plenty of mid-stroke support, just really feels perfect. I'm running at the moment (on different bikes) Fox 36 Grip2 air, Fox 36 Grip2 ACS3, RS Lyrik Ultimate, Cane Creek Helm Air, Manitou Magnum Pro.
They all have their strengths. But for all-out performance for your big bike, the 36 G2 ACS3 is a buttery-smooth, trail smoothing, big hit eating, steep chute smashing, jump slaying beast of a fork.
For my trail bike, the Helm or Lyrik are awesome. The Helm feels great, and is super adjustable, but it's not as dependable is the Lyrik.

The answer is yes. Of course...

Went with purple for the pedals. Planning to run purple contact points. So saddle and grips next.

Plus I think they tune the shocks for lighter weight people.

    That's the branding part

Yeti killed beti! I think Giant's Liv is still going though.

i don’t know about the other brands, but the Juliana frames have a different, softer, shock tune on them. They are also available in typically smaller sizes than the Santa Cruz counterparts.

I'm kinda partial to my DHR II in exo+ casing. Then again, it never rains here so that casing handles a little more gnar and rocks
I have never seen this many quotes in a post before! I think you sold me on the ACS3 option. Push is right down the road so I feel like I should go that route. I currently have the Fit4 damper so I won't get the full effect combined with the Grip 2.

Nothing like your roommate walking over to see your hand drawn dropper post blueprint determing how long of a dropper you can fit, then trying to explain that you're paying $265 for your saddle to drop an extra inch.

Silly road biker with her fixed saddle height. Dont know what she's missing.
