My sister just returned from a trip to Scotland and brought me a bottle of Glen Deveron 16 year old single malt scotch. Not a big scotch follower, mainly a bourbon guy. Any of y'all ever tried this particular whiskey and if so what do you think of it?

I forgot to take pics, but the Total Wine here has all sorts of sizes of all bottles. Get me an updated Wish List and I can compare next time. I think they have the baby rye too. THey have the 375's of all the single barrel variants too; Barrel Proof, Rye, Select.

To be honest... The only other thing I'm missing is the whole set of the green labels. I know that comes in 1.75L,1L, 750ml, 375ml, 200ml, 100ml and 50ml.

I have a full and and empty of the Green label 750ml.

I'm sure that only the Black and Green come in the 100ml so that size will likely not be included in the new idea.

I'm hoping those 375s show up here eventually.. I do have the SB Select in 375 and 50ml as well. Curious about the 50ml in the SB Eye and SBBP to go with those 375s

Picked up these today. Put in an online order at Total Wine but found the store totally open. I think all Total Wine and BevMo's were previously online order only and pickup at the front door. I grabbed the Four Roses since they cancelled my order for Four Roses Barrel Select.

This is my second bottle of Booker's ever and I still haven't opened the first bottle. Should crack one open now that I have two. Beaten Biscuits and Granny's Batch?

William is usually in a better mood when I'm done there anyways. He was a little more enthusiastic than normal, this time.

Neat little shop. The selection per square foot of space is about as big as I've ever seen. Nothing crazy rare on the shelves, but he also doesn't mark stuff up. Keeps some of the allocated stuff in the back for if you ask (sells at regular retail, too) or uses a few for raffles. The breadth of the whiskies he carries is really impressive, though.

He carries Compass Box on my recommendation a few years ago. Now he gets some of their really cool stuff (Phenomenology, No Name, Juveniles, etc.).

You should have the replacements already in hand before the other stuff is gone. This country has gone mad you just can’t take chances on running out. :boink::boink::rofl:

    Monday...

    W.T.F. are y'all drinking?

If you have this and haven't opened it yet, :boink::boink::boink::boink:, I highly recommend it. Peanuts. That's pretty much where I'm at still for the nose and taste. Strong. Like 3 Ring Circus. The burney is on the back end. Builds nicely. and throughout that whole time... Peanuts. I keep trying to spit the shells out

At the risk of ruining a friendship, I'll only theorize this idea and NOT ACTUALLY MAKE IT... Booker's 2020-01 and Skrewball...:rofl:
