Had mine powdercoated when I had them on my 2019 4Runner and had the dealer swap them over to the Tacoma when I traded in. They look right at home on the Tacoma and the backspacing is about as perfect as you can get without pushing past the fender flares.

Those look great especially against the Voodoo Blue!

I have a set of these waiting to go on, I’m just waiting for Sam’s Club to ship my Wildpeaks. Are you running any sort of lift? And what’d you use for the center cap decal? It looks much better than stock.

    Thanks!

I do not have a lift of any kind. I might throw my leftover Spidertrax wheel spacers on to see what the stance looks like and if I can get away with no rubbing, but I have no plans for a lift in general, even if I do upgrade the suspension components themselves.

The center cap decals were from Etsy but it looks like the store must have disappeared since basically nothing is shipping from China now. These look like your best option but looks like they're only in red. Mine were 60mm diameter but I think the 62mm ones will fit tighter. You just pop the plastic Toyota sombrero out of the center cap and stick these on that spot. They seem to have been holding up really well through all sorts of weather and carwashes and what not.

oof! I love this color since it reminds me of Grabber Blue on the 69/70 Mustangs (and the new ones as well, I suppose). I even got my bicycle in a similar color lol

    nice wheel choice as well!

I had 265/70/17 KO2 on stock suspension with the trail wheels no rub on my SR. after a 3” lift I threw 285/70/17 no rub on them

@the_dau "Seasoned" Keep as the wheeling wheels and get a second set for mall crawlin if you want. Or if they are damaged enough there's companies that can repair em.

I just picked up a set of 4Runner trail wheels. Do you just run the stock Tacoma lug nuts or do you need a different style? Just trying to make sure I'm prepared to get these mounted up when my tires come in.

Yes stock lugs (I guess depending on your model) my sport stock lugs were the right style but I bought the black gorilla lugs

I also used my lugs from my stock Sport wheels. If you have steelies, they are the conical type and you would need to purchase the mag seat type like the stock Sport, OR, Limited and Pro wheels come with.

edit: the upgraded SR5 aluminum wheels also use the mag seat lugs.

Perfect, thanks for confirming. For some reason I thought the TRD OR wheels had conical seats instead of the mag seat. My head must be stuck in my days of owning and working on my cars, not the truck.

What’s the offset on these? Considering picking up some to run as a spare set occasionally. If I can find a set cheap enough I may jump on them.

    I believe they are -14

check Facebook Marketplace. I’ve seen sets pop up on there quite a bit. I scored a set for $400 without tires.

-14? Really? Seems pretty aggressive for stock offset. That’s a good thing though.

Been keeping my eye out. Actually quite a few sets for sale around me, but people of course are asking $800-1000.

    Thanks for the info.
